Artwork descriptions, availability, dimensions, and prices are presented as accurately as practical. Images may display differently across screens, and availability can change before an inquiry is confirmed.
Purchases and inquiries
A completed Stripe payment creates an order for the identified available artwork and selected fulfillment method, subject to payment confirmation and availability verification. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve artwork, create an order, or guarantee acceptance of a custom project or event date.
Support contributions
A support contribution is a voluntary payment to Jaydreamcreations and is not a purchase of artwork, merchandise, services, ownership, or reproduction rights. The contributor chooses the amount before continuing to Stripe.
Project confirmation
Custom work begins only after the scope, price, schedule, payment terms, delivery or installation requirements, and any project-specific terms are confirmed in writing.
Artwork and site content
Artwork, photographs, writing, branding, and site content remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights. Browsing the site or purchasing physical work does not transfer reproduction or commercial-use rights unless agreed in writing.
Changes and cancellations
Deposits, revisions, cancellations, returns, shipping, and installation terms may vary by project and will be stated before payment is requested.
